A creamy peanut butter ball dipped in chocolate rests on top of a pretzel. The perfect sweet and salty candy…

Ingredients   [ For 28 to 39 people ]    [   Preparation time : 12 minute  –  Cooking time : 25 minutes  ]

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Challenge salted butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • about 36 mini pretzels, I use Snaps but any small pretzel shape will do
  • cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil

Preparation Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.

  2. Mix in the powdered sugar.

  3. Shape mixture into approximately 1-inch balls and press each ball into a pretzel.

  4. Place pretzel side down on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  5. Add chocolate chips and oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

  6. Dip each peanut butter ball in chocolate and return to wax paper, pretzel side down. Refrigerate until firm.
