Ingredients   [ For 18 to 19 people ]    [   Preparation time : 12 minute  –  Cooking time : 25 minutes  ]

  • 2 cups leftover green bean casserole
  • 1/4 cup French fried onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 large white mushrooms, stems removed

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

  2. Combine green bean casserole, onions, and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl.

  3. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. If desired sprinkle a few more onions on top.

  4. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
